Is there ANY location where this thing spawns 100%? And PLEASE don't tell me to search at workers quarter or the countryside. I drove around these areas for like 5-10h now and can't find this stupid ice truck. I found the funeral car like 10 times already, even if every guide said that it's even more rare than this stupid ice cream van. Why can't I find this dumb truck? Is there anything that prevent it from spawning? I ask because I completed the game.

Thee is a chance that some of the older model vehicles stops spawning or becomes more rare as years goes by.

I'm pretty sure the Bolt Cooler can still spawn in 1938 just like the Bolt Ace, but getting him from older chapters outside of freeroam is almost impossible because you usual fail the mission before you can reach the truck.

Hi, mate. I have the same trouble, pls, help me!) Pls tell me that u solved this problem and how))) I hunting on this stupid car about more then 5h and still cant find it((
