Can't find the Celeste Mark 5
The wiki fandom says it is unlocked by playing Happy Birthday but that did not happen with my game (even after replaying the chapter).

Other guides say it can be found in freeride in Oaktown but no luck there despite looking around for quite a bit. This may be "normal": it will not appear If it is supposed to be unlocked by a story chapter first.

You don't get this car automatically during or after a story chapter. Instead, you have to find and enter it during a later story chapter or in Free Ride.

I found mine parked in Oakwood, but I don't remember after which chapter. They may also drive around in nearby areas like the southeastern part of Downtown.
