Freeroam Year + Custom Music

Hi. I would like to have the creators add a freeroam year changer like the weather changer in Salieri's office but plus a year changer so we can go back from 1938 to 1930 or any year between 1930 and 1938. Instead of going through the game files and replacing cars so the older ones spawn, we can explore Lost Heaven while the 1930 cars are driving and parked by the sidewalk. That'd be cool. Another thing I had in mind was custom music like in gta 5 when you go to the game directory and find the user music folder. Of course for people who add music from 2022 or any year above 1938, the ingame radio would be unrealistic but for people like me who want to add more classic music in the radio, this would be awesome.
