How to get guns for free mode?
I figured I'd have all guns by default but it seems not. How do I get guns?

You can pick up weapons in Vincenzo's armory behind Salieri's bar. You have to unlock regular guns by progressing in the story and gold guns by completing certain phone booth missions.
