Achievement not popping up; Motor Museum

I can't find many other threads that talk about a solution, but the Motor Museum achievement is bugged. I unlocked all 38 cars and didn't get the achievement - it's the last one I need and can't figure out a solution.

I tried;

- Driving in all of the cars (one by one, leaving/entering garage)
- Clearing out my save file with another 100% save file

Last ditch effort now is I'm performing a full uninstall/reinstall.

Anyone have similar issues?

Did the reinstall/install work? Mine bugged on car thief number one. I am also 42/43 and its so frustrating...

Update: I randomly decided to try the game and realised I had 27 unlocked when the achievement says 30 - for some reason I assumed it was 20, likely because I watched a YT video for unlocking "all cars" which didn't actually include all cars. Unsure if this would be the same for you but thought to mention it.

I followed https://mafiagame.fandom.com/wiki/Vehicles_in_Mafia:_Definitive_Edition which was actually more helpful in figuring out that I hadn't completed the "note missions" for new cars in Free Ride.
