F**K That Race Level

That level is annoying as hell. (On Classic)

My biggest issue is that the car really wants to do a 180 every time you slightly touch the wall, and at that point you're so far behind you might as well restart the race

yeah, it sucks, take your foot off the gas way early on the big turns and just let the car roll. use the ram button to try to cut the corners and just keep trying is the best advice I can give, it does feel good to beat it on classic.
if you can get like 6th after the big turn you can cut most the other racers off on the grass with the ram if you go fast.

Luckily I managed to beat it with some dirty driving and some well timed drifts

Racing/driving fast is easy, instead of using the brakes, just ease up on the gas, or even better, toggle on the speed limiter when cornering. Toggle it off coming out of the turn. If you get it down, easy cornering and you won't slow down a ton.

Took me 3 tries, nearly did it on the first but messed up on the last lap.

Took me 5 reload check points. Its like lap 1 i can send any car where ever i want but by the time i get in 1st its lap 2 and suddenly if i try to push a car off the road my car flips over and gets stuck until 5 cars pass me

The car also just slide everywhere but it was doable i guess just frustrating might uninstall if theres another race later on

The only races there is are race against time and they are optional. Just to unlock either car's or weapons.

Have to be honest, have not raged as hard thanks to a game in years. Once I cooled my head down tho I found a solid way to win it.
Othwerwise I loved the classic settings driving as you got to do a lot of cool skids

Of course, because it's about mafia and there's no such thing as fair play, I cheat.

Ya that pissed me off to. I think the race is a lot of fun and a challenge otherwise it's just that you essentially DNF or lose to much traction whenever the game decides you need to. You can hard steer and correct some of it but it's a pain.

Using a controller made it much easier for me. But, yeah. I was not a fan of it either.

Just driving over a small incline at slightly than average speed will send you into the stratosphere. The game's got rather janky car physics.
