Let me remind you that free roam is exactly the same like on original game with exception of train and trams. There was no shops to go in either with exception of 1. So of course they are going to make it like the first game.

As for the Godfather the game. It starts up good but then its quite repetitive in the end.

Free roam is a bit different - no gangsters spawning in FREE RIDE. That was fun... that must be added. Also using scripthook's NO CLIP option I could enter trains and ride them (at back wall of train's car though)

You're getting your stuff confused. The Free Roam mode is not supposed to be what you think. The game world is not completely dead.. there are 12 arcade style missions to do and 5 secret cars to find, along with races, taxi activities etc... There was never supposed to have any shop. This is a remake of the old game.

Train and tram were cool and could be used in the original.. it is unfortunate they didn't have them in the remake.. but they weren't really useful anyway.. just a small detail.

Mafia 2 not having subway is still the big minus for that game. But frankly you don't see subways in that game at all.

In this Mafia DEmake there are clear full-scale trams and subways driving around. Few more lines of code, couple of extra boarding animations, few more textures for subway stations and exits - you have the working transit.

Open a remove the locks from train stations, It looks silly funny. OR remove all trams and trains from the city so that players don't get fooled!
