Less speed,

At least for simulation

1st.
Every car had it's unique a speed limit. It's good.
2nd.
But gain speed is too quick. That's bad. This give an illusion of "cars drive way too fast for the 1930s". There're not too quick, but gain speed is too fast.
3rd.
Maneuvering ability. I don't feel these cars heavy, slow and clumsy anymore (as it was back in OG and in 30s). Well, I have some blames for car physics from Mafia 2 (without speed limit your vehicle will drift from the beginning, and it was a big pain in the... you know what I mean), but in the original and the sequel you COULD feel the weight of your car. Here in DE? You also can feel it but not deep enough. Compromise caulisation? For old fans it's not good. For new gamers... It's ok.
P.S. During car crashing on big speed you can observe how "heavy" is other cars. You can simply make others cars fly.... Especially static vehicles.Look at the "Fair play" chapter as example.
One thing is that when two cars collide, they are too light. They fly into air like in modern arcade game, that shouldnt happen, they should stay on the ground more and not fly into air.
I also suggest you to make a separate post with this comment too, for showing it.
