The top 5 mods there are something that changes free ride, a fix for the Turkish font, a mod that removes HUD (no idea why this isn't in vanilla) and increases bullet damage, some graphical tweaks and a save file.

At this rate I don't think we will ever see something on par with the original Mafia.

Is nexus the main site for Mafia DE mods?
