Windowed borderless doesn't cover the entire screen
Why is this happening? Whenever I change the game from fullscreen to windowed borderless it doesn't cover the entire screen, I can still see the windows task bar and part of the desktop screen on the right.

Update: windowed borderless mode works properly if I start the game in regular Fullscreen and then change it to borderless mid-game, however if I preselect it in the launcher I get this ugly floating window thing. What gives?

When I press alt+enter it just switches back to regular Fullscreen.

It's very strange. Like I said, it will fill out the screen perfectly if I preset it to Fullscreen in the launcher and then switch to Borderless while in the game, however if I start the game in Borderless it will look like this and there's nothing I can do about it.

The main reason why I want to play in Borderless is because Fullscreen locks the framerate at 60 fps with Vsync on, whereas the Borderless vsync matches my monitor's refresh rate.

Could be something about scaling. Maybe try to turn on GPU scaling. For it to cover the whole screen without scaling, you must use same resolution as your desktop.
