If you have mafia 2 definitive edtion then you can wear vitos clothes and drive his car. Theres a mod to play as him

Yeah, but you don't want to use the mod to play as him until you beat the game at least once. Enjoy the story of Thomas Angelo first... then you go back and play as Vito.
