Melee button bug

If you change "Melee" key to any other, the Q key (the default for Melee) will still be used for it no matter what you gonna use Q for (i use it for "Cover" for often instead of taking cover Tommy will punch air)

i am not sure if there's some kind of bug report thread so maybe devs will read this one

I have the same issue. On mine, I also swapped crouch to C, and now whenever I crouch I also equip my melee weapon. I can't even find a bind for equip melee that would have been C by default, I don't know why it's doing it.

I've made two different posts about this and I guess it just gets lost in the flood of new posts, because no one ever had anything to say about it. Hey, at least now I know that it's an actual bug and not just me alone.

The people that haven't noticed this must be using controllers or only default keyboard binds, because this is a pretty big issue to not notice.

today i was digging in game configs and sadly the input settings are somehow encrypted like i see actions (take cover, attack, run etc) but there are just numbers instead of typical keys or keycodes.

Also i found a line "AlwaysShowWaypoint=1" which is obviously toggle for damn yellow marker but changing it to 0 will cause an error during game startup and resetting of the settings.

Basically some settings are broken/bugged/wasnt finished. Hope it will be patched soon.

Wow this game is a buggy remaster... as i recall mafia3 had similar bugs with interact button and entering/exiting cars. They remastered everything, even the bugs
