Inaccessible mystery fox collectible in Oakwood (Free Ride mode)

I have managed to find 44 foxes so far and I am stuck at getting the last one as seen here.. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2240717397

The location is in western Oakwood where the tram tracks curve north from Downtown (if you see the in game map look for the red dotted line)

There are supposed to be some crates or something to climb on as I cannot get past that wall. I can see the fox behind the locked gate but I am out of luck.

Have tried verifying cache and reinstalling the game even but to no avail.

Hopefully the devs can patch this up as I have every other collectible from Free Ride so far (am at the race checkpoint on Classic).

Is anyone else facing this issue?

I also had a problem.
Park two vehicles in front of the gate.
Drive between two cars - it must be very tight so that Tommy can't open the door.
Try to get out of the car, Tom should end up behind the car and the gate.

Dude.. you are a genius !!!! What an innovative way to make yourself spawn behind the gate.. it worked like a charm and I got the last fox from free ride.

Nice work bro... very helpful for anyone who has this issue. Am just nearing the halfway mark in the story and am enjoying it... ofc it has its downsides but I like the game...
