Free Ride Weather Options - No Rainy Night?

So I've been messing around in Freeride a bit after completing the game - I've found two paintings in the upstairs office and the rest in the downstairs briefing room. While there are options for "rainy daytime" and "night", there doesn't seem to be an option for "rainy nighttime". Am I missing something or is it simply not implemented?

I haven't found a "rainy" option at all, all the painting do for me is to change the time of day. Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night. I see no option at all for rain or any other weather. The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ prompts say weather, but I see no change in weather.

I was wanting rainy night too but couldnt find this option either.

why not have "sliders" for time of day anyway.. and independent weather presets...

It's painfully slow, at least they could've put all that ♥♥♥♥ in one room.

make an extra menu is all - two columns: one for weather, one for time of day -> then when you click OK, apply the changes to the world.

What I cannot comprehend, is why did they decided to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NOT put that white interaction dot on the paintings there. They have it on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything you can interact with, expect the painting.

the made it a secret - another "design decision" .. had to look this one up on youtube, never would have guessed the painting to be the triggers. and then to place them in different room ... *facepalm*

there is the upstairs room above the Saliere Bar (the one with the big desk), and then the meeting room where the campaign missions usually start.. anywhere else?

This. Going to the painting is more of an unnecessary chore than anything.

Also I'd like to have rainy night too, it's the best time of day for me.
