I don't have the latest NVIDIA drivers, maybe that could the the cause
As for stutters, the ones that happen during gameplay seem to be caused by transitioning to and from any kind of in-game menu, including the weapon wheel and the map, but also by exploring an in-door location, especially if you go near a window while inside.
Doesn't seem to be related to graphical details, as I've tried adjusting them. Ironically enough, the game's performance is the best during driving for whatever reason. When you're on foot, the stutters are insane.
I step out of the car and fell trough ground. Got stuck in other cars, cutscenes are stuck at first frame but sound is working and if its cutscene that transions into gameplay i have to restart game and it can happend again until i get lucky.
Ill stick with original until this gets cheaper.
