If you get black screen. fix!

In the launcher, set fullscreen to off.

Then as you are in the menu ingame, you can press Alt + Enter to go full screen.

Why is this even an issue? Hope they fix this. I hate having to do this every time I play.

Might be Hz problem, or resolutions above 1080p / 60hz+

Or an engine problem, its day one so problems are expected I guess.

Hopefully this pre patch solution helped out, and that people did not refund because they thought it will not run on startup.

Seems like it is to a few people it happens too. PC is a vast platform to develop to.

I had that when i first started the game this morning and when i alt tabbed it logged my computer out lol!

Its happened once since.

I have noticed another weird bug that sometimes when you alt-tab its makes the sound go funny, like robotic and i have to restart the game.

Alt+tab a few times worked for me after days of trying. Oddly enough, it runs perfectly on my other two PCs.

After numerous attempts at fixing this. Clean booting worked for the game.
I narrowed down on the service that was causing the issue:
"nvidia display container ls"

Disable that and try again. That worked for me :)

Same for me. First time i launched the game it was black screen and would not do anything so i alt + tabbed a few times and it fixed it. I then changed the game exe to disable full screen optimisations and it launched fine every time now.

Thank you! Disable full screen optimization also works for me. Now I can launch game in full screen with no problem.

worked for me the first time, and now its gone back to not working while its disabled, glad the game isnt buggy!
