Stuttering / Freezing / Hitching Fix SOLVED

Follow steps in video below if your game is freezing or hitching, if your game still stutters after following video follow this additional step.

ADDITIONAL STEP: GO TO NVIDIA / AMD CONTROL PANEL, SET MAX FRAME RATE TO 30.

I found that if the game is still hitching if you lock the game at 30 fps thru the nvidia or amd control panel it gets rid of all stutters.

Eh who wants to play at 30fps tho... they need to fix the game.

True, I remember when I first played Mafia 3 it had the same issue. I am not having to play at 30 fps the other changes in the video solved my problem but on lower hardware I have found that limiting the fps to 30 make it more stable. You might not have to set it to 30 fps if the other steps in the video work.

Tried that and still as freezing / hitching even at 30fps. Game is just as poor as mafia 3 at launch and a stright up port to PC from consoles.

Yesterday i have 3 hours to try this to fix.. then its work ..
i have change settings by the 3d settings by nvida control panel for mafia..
i had played 6 hours without problems and 80-90 FPS on HIGH END.. now today i want play ♥♥♥♥ again.. 10 fps then i can oush it with some settings to 60 fps but stuttering like a old car.. cant play.. i think we need update!!!
