How to fix blurry graphics?

So this is an issue that was fixable with cfg tweaks or mods on nexus from Mafia 3 is there anyway to fix this overuse of anti aliasing or whatever the hell it is in this game? I already turned off DOF, Motion Blur, and lowered the AA.

Yeah pretty much, some people can just ignore it and I can never understand.

Worst part is that it is probably a 2 second tweak, but from what I can tell we can't access the configuration files...

I don't have this anywhere in mine. Everything is maxed. I know what you guys are talking about though. It is a ghosty outline around stuff. I've seen it in other games and it is annoying. Unreal games seem to suffer from it a lot. But I simply don't see it in this game at all. Nvidia GTX 1660 TI.

No problems on my end. Looks amazing. I turned "Motion Blur" and "Depth of Field" OFF and "Anti Aliasing" to LOW. Looks perfect with these settings. Love the game so far!

Actually I just now found out that most of those graphics settings don't change until you restart despite it saying nothing, so that being said the game looks somewhat blurry still but its not playable if you turn off motion blur, DOF, and low AA.

just use nvidia filter(if you have nvidia graphic Cards) its looks 10 times better

Ditto, looks like upscaled from 240p. Probably a bug. My guess is they didn't have enough money to hire a tester (1 tester).

What are you guys on about? The game looks absolutely gorgeous. Turn up the resolution. Playing in native 4k and looks clean.
