Achievements not unlocking after coming back online

I did not have internet for about a week, but I was in the middle of playing Mafia 2 Definitive Edition fully for the first time. This was my favorite game back in the day, and I wanted to get 100% completion and achievements. I finished the story and collected all playboy magazines thinking that I would unlock them once I got back online. So I played the game in steam offline mode for a few days, got my internet back, and the progress I did saved, but I did not unlock any of the achievements I should have for what I did.

The story achievements not unlocking is fine, I can replay it. The thing that isn't fine... the 100% playboy magazine completion achievement. I have already collected all of the magazines, but the achievement is not unlocking. There is no way for me to redo this as I already have them all, and once you collect them they disappear. I do not know what to do from here, I just really wanted to get all achievements and 100% on this game.
