Stuck on Chapter 14. Joe won't follow me so i can't finish the section.

What a JOKE. How do I fix it because it's been 10 years and 2K still hasn't.

If Joe won't follow you or you can't follow Joe, chances are there is something you need to do. Most often it's someone you should have killed but didn't because you didn't see him in the shadows. Some of them are chicken and will hide by not firing at you.

There was definitely not something I needed to do, only restarting the entire chapter again solved it for me.

I'm having the same problem, i have just cleared out the building on my own (joe should of helped i think). I just presumed he would glitch back in as i left the building, but i couldn't even exit.... went looking for joe, he was still on the top floor doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!! I can push him but other than that he does zilch!!! Do i have to re do the mission?

Unfortunately that's what fixed it for me, yes.

Had the same bug, Joe didnt move. cleared the building and exited and he spawned outside. Dropped him at Greco and went to pay Bruno. But now the game just loads and loads... any workaround?
