You don't get all the DLC

Where is the military Jeep?
We get the Mafia 3 bs car.

The jeep is in the game - I used it in one of the Jimmy DLC's. However I am not sure if and where it appears in the main story. Bit of an immersion killer really anyway.

You unlock the DLC packs by completing chapters of the main story. For example, the Greaser Pack unlocks after chapter 8.

It's nothing new for remasters. Sleeping Dogs DE did something similar with some of the DLC packs from the original game.
