This fixed the lags/frame drops for me

Hey guys!

Like you I have terrible texture flashing, clipping ect...but mostly frames drops.
Setting the frame limit to 60 helped but I tried something else (MSAA seems overly hungry in ressources too)

In options, I changed the audio quality from "normal" to "high"
And now my game runs smoothly..even when driving at high speed

Idk the reason or if it would work for everybody, but I hope this will help
It's not 100% smooth in the end but pretty close

Just tried it, doesn't work for me. The game still stutters a lot.
It's actually only during driving like as if the world is being loaded / rendered.
I don't really have FPS issues, only some part of the game like in the Buzzsaw Chapter, inside the Distillery, some reason my FPS drop down to like around 60 in the building but it's like a
" evenly number " kind of drop, it doesn't go all over the place, it's like example maybe I was like 70, it drop to 60 and it stays there never blow and somehow never go up either.....it just consistently 60 as if the game all sudden locked to 60 lol....

O well, honestly doesn't affect me that much, it's annoying but it's still playable at least.
Compared to some games I've played....
