Can't climb ledge during Chapter's 4 heist mission

Anyone has the same issue as me?
Everything was fine up till the rooftop, there's suppose to be a cut scene that happens when i approached the ledge but nothing happens.

Haha thx! I went to the stairwell and sure enough there's 2 cops there not moving at all. Was playing on hard so got kill almost immediately by them lol but thanks for the help!

When you get to the roof top, find cover and kill all the cops that come up the stairs first.
Never had a problem, it's like instinctive.

had the same thing, till I found some cops just frozen like idiots up the staircase!

Happens on all versions of the game thanks for the heads up ps4 and pc so far have same issue

Two cops on the staircase needs to be killed to override the bug. Watch out for the one on to the very left that will blindside kill you, especially on hard. The other is frozen at the wall and won’t do anything lol
