Wrong Monitor / Wrong Resolution

Game launching on secondary monitor instead of primary.
When i manually set it to launch on the other monitor in the launcher, i can only set it to 1600x900 resolution.

Only fix so far has been to unplug secondary monitor.

Any tips?

Updating drivers did nothing.

i have the same issue, when you configure you have screen 1 / 2 select 1 and it will be ok

I have the same issue, but i did not wanted to disable my second screen to run the game on my native resolution on my primary screen.
After some fiddeling and testing i found an accepable solution.

In the Windows settings i set my secondary Monitor to primary.
The launcher still have no option to choose between Monitors.
But Suddenly the Game has an option to choose between 2 Monitors and i can set my Resolution in the Game Menu.

After done playing i set my Primary Monitor back to Primary, and thx god nvidia drivers or Windows 10 my Desktop Symbols are back were they belong.

PS: I had no luck with editing the settings.xml file in
drive:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Mafia II Definitive Edition\Data\profiles\steamid
even with Write Protection on
