Speed Limiter is a genius idea

Should be in all open world driving games that have police patrols. When I go over 100 and see blue icons on the minimap, I just press A on my gamepad and my car stops on a dime. Now if I can just squeeze pass cars without hitting them and drawing a whole police army on my tail

Not a genius idea if it was already done in Driver, Driver 2, Mafia 1 before this... probably other games I'm not aware of.
