Where is the DLC stuff?
None of the DLC suits or cars are in my wardrobe and garage. I don't even have Tom Angelo suit and the taxi, only Lincoln's jacket and the car. Is it a bug?

When does Tommy Angelo's suit and taxi unlock, which chapter?

Tommy's suit and taxi should be in game from the beginning, but you have to pre-order Mafia Defintive Edition

After chapter 6 you unlock the Renegade Pack.
After chapter 8 you unlock the Greaser Pack.

Tommy's suit and taxi are unlocked as soon as you preorder Mafia 1 Definitive Edition.

Does anyone have the Vegas and military pack? The cowboy outfit was my most favourite one! Other packs unlock sooner or later in chapters after the jail.

Vegas pack and War Hero pack are unlocked as soon as you have finished the game.

but have already finished the game.
and it still doesn't exist when you run again

It is in your garage. I loaded another chapter and it was there.

The War Hero Pack is included with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia Trilogy. It is unlocked at the completion of the main game, at which point it will also become available in all Story DLCs. After it's initially unlocked it will be available from the beginning of all subsequent replays of the main game and story DLCs as soon as Garages and closets become accessible. Clothing items are available in the main game only.

The Renegade Pack is included with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia Trilogy. After it's initially unlocked it will be available from the beginning of all subsequent replays of the main game and story DLCs as soon as Garages and closets become accessible.
