My time taught me to get dressed in civilian as soon as you have an opportunity, because if you dont and you dont have papers for a weekend pass then you're screwed.
why does this even matter? It has nothing to do with the question, what anyone thinks or feels doesn't make sense. He asked why are the clothes not showing? On my PS3 version with all DLC, you can wear any outfit from the beginning of the game. Has this changed?
I also don't know how MPs operate in current day, but my dad was MP in the beginning years of Viet Nam, and my uncles were in WW2. The MPs didn't patrol off base. They would head off base to reel in raucus soldiers drunk in local bars or get soldiers caught in off base crimes back on base and out of local jurisdictions before local law enforcement got them. Patrolling off base also has serious posse comitatus problems. It is dangerous ground. If they did, however, I don't think MPs would be around to ask for papers or even stop him beyond a "welcome home soldier." If MPs have asked you for pass or papers or performed law enforcement off base, again I don't know the specifics of those situations, but if I were you, I'd look into it being unnecessary or a violation.
For what it's worth, in real life I wouldn't wear my dress around the city, especially ribbons and medals, for fear of loss or damage.
I apologize for the salt; I'm having the same problem and would like access to the DLC cars I had access to on PS3. I'm getting frustrated with the Steam community when someone asks a legitimate question and they are dogpiled with responses that express opinions instead of answering the question.
