It was one of the weaker aspects of Hollow Knight, where I didn’t really feel incentivized to use all of the charms that were available in the game. I just played around with some until I eventually came across the combination that worked best for me, and then I always used that from then on, including on replays.
I’m not expecting a FromSoft game level of build options, but I do at least hope that using other crests and tools actually changes the feel of combat and warrants experimentation. I assume it will, since this game is apparently more focused on combat than platforming compare to the first title, according to what Team Cherry said a long while back.
I think that would be great! I would love to see everything that players are able to come up with.
im really excited to see all the new cities, and to see how hornet interacts with all the npcs
hopefully there are lots of villages, there was like dirtmouth in hollow knight and that was it
Since we are about to discover Hornet's past, I would love to know more about the Five Great Knights.
And one that probably won't happen - a stormy area similar to Land of Storms.
