Second Sentinel 3rd act

I totally missed everything about second sentinel in 2nd act of the game. Is it possible to fight that boss in third act? He is required for 100% the game.

If it’s not possible to fight him in the third act, then he’s not required for 100%

I checked both boards - no quest. All 3 parts of his heart are in my inventory.
Well, he is technically not needed to die for 100%, but you need his item "Reserve Bind" to have full inventory.

If you have the full heart, check to see if it's still above the cogwork core bench. You need to wake it up before the wish appears.

Have you gone to the place where you have to put those 3 parts? Anyway, I'd say you're able to do it now, even in act 3.

if you have the cogheart pieces, then you haven't activated him yet. You have to specifically find him in a storage room somewhere, and put in his heart which activates him. Then after a specific point in the game you get the mission to fight him. People say you have to see him fighting mobs twice, but this isn't true because I only saw him once, and unlocked the wish request I believe after I got 2/3 songs.

yes can do that in act three and im not sure i didnt do it before but seems like the dialogue is different?

I have gathered cogheart parts and then his mission in act 3 so it's not missable

What? How? I couldn’t even get into the third act until I completed the second sentinel’s wish. The wish that starts act 3 just wouldn’t show up until I did it.

Interesting, i guess i made some other quests to enable act 3. Dunno what else

I think getting the Flea Caravan to Fleatopia and finishing Shakra's quest are both required. Besides these yeah maybe there's a wish count.

17 "wish points" with mosts quests other than the mandatory ones giving one point. Deliveries other than the rasher give half a point. So you could technically just run back and forth between Bellhart and Bone Bottom for a while, though it'd be the silly way to go about it.
