And yet you'll still be here buying Silksong on day one, and you'll probably end up calling it the best game ever made.
You're not fooling anyone.
If you are not interested in the game what are you doing willingly going into Silksong's community, then to discussions and probably reading some of them before coming into this one?
"I was bored so I decided to spend my time reading and participating in discussions of a game I'm not even interested in" - said every troll ever
But jokes aside, I bet everyone who complains about the "radio silence" is going to absolutely forget about it once the game comes out (if it does, which I very much hope for).
Also, since I'm at it, genuine question, not a joke. What does people want TC to tell us? I've never checked any info on any game I was interested in because I wanted to go as blind as possible, so I don't know what big companies usually tell people during development. But from what I've seen, there are two trailers. One from 2019, another from 2022. And recently I've found a video of an interview to the guy on marketing of several games, one of them Silksong (Who, among several other things, explained the "Will come in the next year" delay situation). And from what I've heard there are other things about magazines or something which I didn't check because I want to know as few as possible before playing.
So... What more does people want? Is that really "radio silence" and I just have the patience of a god or are they impatient people who want the whole game spoiled before it even comes out?
Like... a non-spoiler thing like "We are still making the game" does not give any new info. We already know that, you know?
Considering you came to a place where there is nothing to do but read and write, I hope that's an innocent joke and my sense of humor is dead. But if it's not, then let me give some advice. If you can't even read something that takes at most 2 to 3 minutes then don't even answer. It adds literally nothing to the conversation except for making you look like a fool that can't read even that.
Besides, not all of that is a salty answer to the guy I quoted. Most of it is me asking a question about all the "radio silence" situation that I honestly do not understand.
Edit: As I re read that, I may have sounded a bit aggressive, but I really have friends who are like that, so sorry if it was just a joke. But I know so many people who do that for real that I take it seriously whenever someone does it. As I said, "I hope that's an innocent joke and my sense of humor is dead"
Yet, I can find it entertaining to visit forum just to see the arguments about criticizing and defending Team Cherry. I'm more for criticizing, because the way I see it, this whole situation around the game is at least partly Team Cherry's fault, since their ones that want to have their cake and eat it too (choosing to announce the game so much earlier than they should of, yet also choosing to be as radio silent as they are in spite of that mistake).
