Ultros is coming out very soon. Looks quite interesting.
Also Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus comes out this year. Looks as beautiful as Okami game.

From past ones Salt&Sanctuary, Guacamelee 1 & 2, Ori and the Blind Forest & the Will of the Wisps, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

If you would like an experience similar to Hollow Knight, I would highly recommend Salt and Sanctuary.

A little less freedom in its exploration, but a way deeper combat system and more emphasis on fighting over platforming.

It’s also got the best skill tree of any game, in my opinion. Easy to understand, and every node feels like an impactful choice. None of that “+1% elemental resistance” garbage, it’s all meaningful boosts to your gameplay.
