SCREW Epic Scams!!!
that word is censorsed, really Valve
bunch of steam users: O MY GOSH I HATE EPIC STORE SO MUCH PLEASE HELP ME I CAN'T BREATHE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER GAME LAUNCHERS
are you ok, guys?
Thing is, Epic Store doesn't work under Linux as well as Steam does. So everybody is happy if they can stay on Steam, as it just works.
And yes, I hate those million launchers, too. Why do I need Steam, Origin, Battle.net, Uplay and now Epic Store? Most of the games run fine under Steam and just because of 1-2 games I need to install the others.
Also, has anybody tried running an Epic launcher game through Steam Link? I actually use that and genuinely don't know if it would work. Non Steam games on Steam Link can be a crapshoot. I played Hollow Knight on my TV via Steam Link quite a bit so would suck if I couldn't do the same with the sequel if Epic snatched it up.
