What do you mean by changable locations?
hey lookin great ! I stumbled over the following wording: Range is dependant on the shooters wetness level ? Slippery bow ? That much ?
Always having roofs for archers is what is sounds like

Lets ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ go. Best change ever, I absolutely despised those uncounterable trebuchets. I shall make a giant fortress now from which I will shoot back with my trebuchets! Minas Tirith style.

I think they are referring to traveling outside the map to other locations / maps such as raiding enemy towns or misc locations enroute similar to RimWorld.

Personally, I haven't launched the game in two years because I have been waiting for this feature to be implemented but it doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon.
guess i'll have to w8 alittle while longer to play my build again until all mods have updated to the current patch :(

The road map has advanced mod support part 2 in their next update as well - I wouldn't get too attached to mods until that is out because I'd expect that to shake things up as well. Hopefully the potential for modding goes out of the park with that one, this type of game has the potential to have a huge modding community

Not massively keen on the removal of the option to disable enemy trebuchets. Some of us like to build massive elaborate bases without having to enable peaceful mode as that can get boring, but now it seems kind of pointless because enemies will just destroy anything we build.

What about labirintys, leaving a passage open for enemies to pass, and this passage take too much time, which allow the player to fill it with traps or archers on the walls?

I am remembering the spiff brit video.

Will there be other tatics, like sending an battery ram with roof?

Yeah, I'm not so happy with these AI tweaks... Like, sure, it's great that we now have ways to more easily destroy trebuchets, cool, but this is gonna make having large settlements completely pointless unless we play without enemies (which I may do from now on if this is the route we're going). I like building big, but there's no way the soft-cap of 20 settlers would ever be enough to counter all the enemies attacking random wall segments of mine all over the map. Not a good move, devs. This ramps up the stress of the game without many options for mitigation.

Unless this gets changed back (or adjusted in a way that we can plan and strategize around the challenge), I'm done playing with combat enabled.

Wait a minute, hold up there for a second, you're telling me with this update, the AI is gonna be better/stronger (whatever comes first) ... i have troubles beating my first winter, and for notes, i suck at this.. they are fun, but challenging.. oh God, more learning curves...
