Raid bug - raiders not attacking
As soon as you put Reinforced door at the entrance of your fortress, raiders do not try to come and batter it down anymore and will just wait it out until they leave. Putting a regular door seems to be all right, and they'll do the usual assault and batter down door.

I feel like it's because my reinforced door is the strongest point of my walls:
-reinforced door has 500HP;
-limestone walls has 300HP.
but since they're not equipped to destroy walls, they won't even try to break the door.

Even archers will not come to try and shoot down my own archers atop my walls.

I'm not far enough in my game to start putting limestone brick wall with 800HP to confirm my theory..

This didn't happen to me. Maybe it's the configuration of your keep and map? Are the raiders spawning on a hill with no way down or something? I've seen a group of raiders who spawned on a narrow ledge, and they had trouble pathing down to my keep because of a one space wide bottleneck halfway down the ledge.

Same

I spent month digging and building the most deadly passage and when I finally closed it with 5 doors they stayed on the edge of the map. (it wasn't with the experimental branch)

And now (with the experimental branch) during my current game without anything different than the previous attack, they are staying on the edge...

Edit : They finally moved when I get out of my little tower. So I'm gonna wait and bait them and go back in it
Edit2: And deafeat without fight! :) They stopped right after I went back in my tower.

Is there something to prevent a full archer strategy?

mmmh guess it might be a general bug after all... I expected them to be more agressive since in the experimental branch there are a lot of archers and stuff, will try again see if it fixed itself

It seems to be mainly a pathfinding problem. When you click on a bandit you can see he can't find a target.

Other problem I got attack by 56 guys and they came by waves of 10 or so

Which is a lot easier to deal with.

Is this a bug or a spec?
I'm fighting over 200 enemies, which is very difficult
I can't wait and the villagers are exhausted

That is a LOT of enemies. The most I've seen at one go is 20 so far. The 4 sided Arena of Doom is impressive. My keep is basically one side of that sort of thing, but without the doors in the middle area, and lots of metal traps. The trick is to set your settlers up so all the jobs they do can be done in safety, even during a battle, and set them up in shifts so you can let 1/3 of them sleep at any one time while the rest shoot. That way, they don't start passing out before the battle is done.

I broke some doors of my kill box. They seems to be more receptive to but not that much. 10 wood doors seems too much.

I broke all the doors but the enemy didn't attack

I have a new bug which could be somewhat related.

I select my settlers during a raid. I enrole them all at once and I right click where I want them to go.

And sadly they get stuck.

Maybe 2 or 3 of them are moving the others make few steps and stop or get stuck where they are. I have to move them one by one.

It happens pretty much every time.

I have had a few early waves with reinforced doors and have had no pathfinding issues and they both came and attacked the doors. Each wave was 5-6 and my doors are all double doors on each side of the base (total of 4) they actually split the second wave and attached one side each.

I found a solution for my guys getting stuck.

I pause the game select my guys and right where I want them to go and.. I WAIT around 3 to 5 seconds (yeah I know high tech solution). Most of the time it's fluid afterwards.

it seems doing the same thing for raiders. Pause the game, wait a little and unpause the game.

EDIT : It seems the bug is also related to the fastest speed during raid

pause > unpause (fastest speed) > settlers stuck
pause > unpause (normal speed) > no pb
