Making tallow

When you are rendering beef fat to purify it into tallow or pig fat for lard for storage, you need to use salt and water during the rendering to get all the icky stuff out.
Tallow can be used for cooking, soap, and candle making though the brightness of the flame of tallow candles isn't as good as beeswax. Lard tended to be used mostly for cooking.
All the needed resources are in the game including tallow just not the crafting process used to get it ready for storage.
