Carts, Ladders, Gates and more!
So far I love the game! I had some thoughts while playing the experimental build. If some of these have been posted already I apologize.

Having a research item for Carts, Wheel Barrels, Carriages of different types and sizes for hauling material around. Drawing a path for settlers to take while hauling with a cart. They would also come in handy if trading is implemented and also for larger maps.

The addition of ladders would be great. Stairs are good but sometimes you need something that takes less space and could go higher without building landings. Also they could be used during sieges to get over low walls.

Prioritize Hauling after battle without having to change the priority of your settlers.
After most battles there's a bunch of weapons, armor, clothing and dead bodies. Id like to be able to have the settlers focus on hauling all those things to their proper piles before going back to their daily tasks. Currently, and maybe this is the wrong way, I have to turn off all the other tasks and just keep Haul at priority level 1 for them to focus on that. If I set hauling to Priority 1 and everything else to 2-5 they will usually focus on random things across the map. Some focus on recent items from the battle and others do not.

I also thought about each settler having their own queue which would fill up based on their priority chart but you could go in and rearrange it to stack up different tasks. Like having settlers cut trees but then haul immediately after they have been cut. While I know you can set Cutting at Priority 1 and Hauling at 1 or 2 so a settler can follow that they often go and haul something completely different. If we could dictate what they focus on hauling that would also be a good addition.

A register for fallen/killed settlers. In the future if settlers die of old age the register could keep track of those too. Aside from having a grave yard which I imagine will get overwhelmed as time goes on there no way to remember all the settlers that have died.

Drawbridges, Portcullis, Large gate doors and wicket doors would be nice additions.

The new shelves that hold food are great but I have not seen any temperature read out for the items on them.

Like a few have mentioned, water would be great to have for a bunch of reasons. Another thread outlined that better than I would.

Filling in holes with dirt. Having holes fill in over time.

These just some suggestions and I know most of this would take a while to implement if its at all implementable.
