Height Advantage for Archers

Requested feature

If an archer is standing on a player-made structure with a height increase of at least 2.0 above the average height level of the map, they get a bonus to range of +1m

Archers already get an accuracy buff for elevation. Giving them a range advantage as well would make enemy archery as trivial as enemy melee.

They actually DO get a range bonus for height, it's not huge, but it's there.
