Did you try changing resolution? Did it work?
The reason i had to change the resolution in the first place is due to my Ultra-Wide Monitor. While it appears to work just fine, the menu's are screwed up pretty bad and i cant exit them due to half or more of the menu not showing up. forcing me to force shut the game down.
Support update is needed.
I just started playing. I don't know how to describe this but this is the best way with the image. It seems relational to where the camera is (like the highlight part changes based on where the actual item is) Sadly I don't know how to recreate it because it didn't do it yesterday when I played but seems like it's doing it today and the ONLY change, is the day.
EDIT: Found another thread where this was described as well. Posted there bumping it up so maybe the Dev can link it.

EDIT: Just tried it and it did fix it for me.
I have a super ultrawide, which i put games into borderless windowed mode, and use a program (Windowed borderless gaming) to change my horizontal resolution, and offset the game window to the left of my monitor, allowing me to have other material, such as discord, or youtube visible on the right side of my monitor.
I often hover between 3900x1440 to somewhere around 4500x1440, on my 5120x1440 monitor.
