[FIXED!!!]Update v0.14.14 Stockpile Settings Disappear

Edit: this bug has now been reported using F10, too.
After choosing "Clear All" for a (new) stockpile, then shifting focus to another object, on selecting the stockpile again, the Settings pane does not appear - only the pane with Log & Stats is shown. This seems to be repeatable, though I have only tried it on stockpiles newly created in my new game start. Edit: I doubt the stockpile has to be new for this to occur, but haven't been able to test that.
Other stockpiles which have settings to store some resources behave as expected, & as they did in previous versions.
