Hi, I moved this to bug subforum.

Can you give us a bit more info - when was the last time you successfully played it? Also, are you by any chance playing it on Linux (I know that it says Windows 10, but I was thinking maybe you use proton for running).

I would suggest that you try things that that log is suggesting:
- do you have a Directx 11 installed and enabled?
- are all of your drivers up to date?
- can you run other games beside Going Medieval?

also other games just run....
graphic drivers are up to date...
i have played your game over a year ago, oops..

Okay, think we found solution - everyone that is experiencing this issue might try to install the latest version of visual studio c++ redistributable.

while i was missing the 2022 version that was not it, on latest version of visual studio now and still not working. no other games have had any problems yet.

yes, everything was fine, even ran the update for directx linked, still nothing

no, the problem apeared after the update on the 12th, was playing on the 11th fine

it happens when i try to launch the game, no blackscreen from the game or anything, just straight to the error after syncing with cloud saves.
Disabled cloud saves, did not work, i'm using 4k monitors, no other games have had any problems either.
the error says

also tried deleting the game from the registry, did not work
