Is there a way to make practice dummies for training melee? I thought it would be in the Sewing Station but there's no option there, I'm still unable to make any?

(I have found the targets for ranged training in the Bowyer's Table)

Yes there is. Run through the list of Crafts Tables you have... Or Check Game Forums to find out where to Make it from.

The practice dummies are in the sewing station, at least for me.

As above, once you've built the actual training post, craft dummies at the sewing station. Also ensure to open the training post and select the icon top left and set how much training to be done (amount / forever).

Edit : Archery Targets are crafted at the Bow station.

Thanks guys I figured it out, I had a mod installed called Wool Puffer Jacket, it replaced the practice dummies option in the Sewing Station, I uninstalled it and it all works fine now!
