It means your colonist is content. Click on the colonist and look at their mood indicator for that colonist - the 🙂icon tab, near the health tab - you will notice that they have positive values for most of the values. This means that they are doing a job that suits their skills, they have a good bed/chamber and slept well, they ate in the Great Hall or at a table and had a good meal, they have attractive clothes, and have participated in both enjoyable leisure and religious activities, etc

The aim is to get the majority of your colonists in the green, then there is less chance of rebellion
