Tree Planting Problems
When trying to plant a tree, I often plant two side by side, and then have to switch to to cancel mode to leave a single tree. This can be avoided by zooming in full and ensuring the mouse pointer is in the centre of the square. This is just not possible when zoomed out. Hopefully, the devs can come up with a workaround (possibly a delay of some sort).

I place a tree zone one tile apart from the last one. Just choose which tree you want planted and then zone skip zone skip.

I set a line of planting trees cause 2 neighbouring ones are allowed, than i use a flooring tile to divide the row from the next ones, so they can spread out, but not directly adjecant and i have less pproblems with manualy working.

But i also do this around fields, so the crops dont rot cause of contact with the ground, keeps them longer stable

After they last update, been a while since playing. I plant say apple trees, and they seem to breed around the place at random before the first planted one mature.

Other plantation seem to have a similar affect, is this new?

It's a cool affect, but annoying inside an area. Should have an option for the green thumbs to stop growing around or not.

Like i sayed, just flow the area directly adjecant and you are fine, and spreading is great than
In my game I just got my first apple tree seedling....going to see how it fares....living in cold weather this is likely not to do well in fall/winter but hopefully hearty enough if I wait until spring to plant it for it to grow.
