Report a translation problem
On the top toolbar you can enable room overlays, which will color-code rooms according to their recognized type. It will also show a color-scale which - when hovering over it - will list the criteria.
A great hall, iirc, require a lot of banners and shield/weapon decorations, as well as tables and chairs. But there are other room types, and they provide various bonuses to the tasks conducted there, so well worth the effort.
Btw, be aware that sometimes you will need to complete some research first, in order to unlock required furniture etc.
