Perfect Villagers profiles
Hello, is there any profile file (there where you save on the creation menu of villagers, in the start of a new campaing) with very good villagers status, perks, profeessions and others that make then very good on the begging and the end game?

Normaly I think the quality focus on:
- Archery: To defend the settler;
- Construction: To build the inicial structures;
- Medecine: To prevent the other settler die;
- Botany: To collect the inicial resurces and furthmore work on fields;
- Inteligence: To do rechearch most efficiently.

I personaly think the Stars on the skill are the most important cause, the settlers there have 1 will improve theirs skill fast, and thats who have 2 Stars will improve even faster. This will allow me to use then until the late game...

I like double stars on crafting like blacksmithing, tailoring, and carpentry. I can easily craft one set of clothes, one bow, or a few mechanical components a day and easily hit the experience cap. The cap is about 1250 a day. I know with one crossbow on my carpenter hits 3100 xp for the day. It's because the multiplier. You get a 4x multiplier below the XP cap. But since crafting an item is so much XP you get the full 4x applied. It makes for someone that can easily fulfill other job duties and quickly learn a craft. I can easily max out tailoring, bs, and carpentry after 1.5-2 years on a settler.

Well now there are previous roles that pick the stars, like jeff I like starting with settlers having two stars on blacksmith , carpenter and tailor. The only other really important ones are construction then botany imo,, both relate to minimum skill levels to do some tasks . There are particular previous roles like bowyer that gives 2* on carpentry and ranged . I forget the other roles for the other two , but you can find them . I also picked Yorkist as the other drop down on the only play through I've done since this update , as it gave a * to both melee and ranged. Some perks like green thumb give you other *'s , in that case botany, erudite or wise I think give *'s on intelligence , good to have. . Of course there are negatives associated with some roles and perks , I have particular skills with negatives I don't mind , like a negative artist, which is very late game skill and well you have to survive to get there.
All depends on how you play, I'm a systemiser so tend to use the advanced character creation for my first 3 players , I just find it two irksome to rely on random starts and new settlers to allow me to make a sharp stick in the first five years. :)
