Underground Bunker Full of Water

Heyo so i am nuilding an underground storage room and other rooms but my region is full of underground water. Is there a way to make the underground rooms water tight or anything else??

Make a new save and activate dev tools. then you can delete all the water, build your bunker then reactivate it and see if it ticks back in there. It shouldn't buuuut???

I think you are supposed to dig a "drainage hole" and wait for the water to disappear. Haven't played there myself yet.

Isn't the swamp region pretty much unbuildable underground cause it's just all water past a certain depth? I thought about starting one there until I started digging.
