Cattle breeding?
I don't mean to spam the forum with posts, but I have had two mature cattle of both gender in my pen for over 3 years, and they have not produced another cow. Is cattle breeding not implemented?

Or am I missing some sort of obvious mechanic I'm not working with in my settlement?

My cows do breed, so it is implemented.
They need sufficient space to spawn an offspring.
How much space do they have?

Not 100% sure, but I THINK that animals are more likely to reproduce when the total number of animals on the map isn't too high, how many wild animals are roaming your map?

As I said, its speculative but if there is a lot of wildlife you could go on a hunting spree to reduce it and see if that helps.

Also not really sure about space needed, unless that was implemented with the water update. I had pretty small fenced pastures in many games and kept goats and cattle, both multiplied in an areas so small that they often ran through each other.
