How to change the peaceful mode to Normal mode

I've been playing in peaceful mode to build things, and now I want to change it to normal mode without abandon my old buildings, how to do that?

You want to experience raids on peaceful mode? Sorry, that can't be done due to how each of the mode is coded. I'll simplify it - As you choose peaceful mode, all the coding related to raids and hostiles are discarded since they are not used.

If you are using normal mode and choose custom difficulty to remove raids, that can be done because that essentially just skips raid events, but does not discard them. So when you want raids back, you just tick them again within custom difficulty.

TLDR: In peacful mode, you can't turn on raids as there are no raids to begin with.
In normal mode, you can do this - turn off and on raids.

if you want battles, you'll have to start with normal or survival. Sorry :(

How about starting a new game with exact same map & progress?

you have to start new game on custom difficulty (there you can switch off / on raids) anytime when u play
