How do you find these once they are made and place them?

Once produced, they should appear as a pile. By selecting that pile, you will have the option in the bottom right panel to "install" the furniture to the location you want.

You have to select it by a left-click and you'll see selection panel.

For future reference in stockpiles they're under Structures - Misc, at the bottom along with tapestries and paintings. Rug (Wool) stores Linen Rugs too

I set up a stockpile for structures with a very high priority and they will be hauled there. I split things into Superior/Flawless and Fine and below. That way I can use the good quality items within my settlement for aesthetics, and sell the other stuff for gold. You can also locate items using the management screen menu as this lists all items in the map and shows the location.

yeah im talking about how to actually use it, everything else you place via the construction menu's
