How do you make Babies?
So far I've built a house, done a stockpile thing, and chopped some wood.

Next on the list is hunt for food but I need to make babies to turn them into my slaves to build more stuff.

Yeah lol. I'm just starting to learn this game. I've currently learnt to:

Build a house and stockpiles. Research beams for housing with the research table, harvesting food, using the campfire, organising shift patterns and making beds but I'm stuck with 3 villagers. How do you go about getting more? Things take longer because lack of people.

I've done a lot of starting over in order to understand the game basics and building things better.

The primary way of getting new colonists (unless you are on Peaceful mode) is people who come to you for help because they are being pursued by some kind of enemy. If you accept the refugee, you will be attacked by a raiding party about 12-18 hours later (you can turn the person away if you don't want to fight). Sometimes you get a person who is injured, starving, or just homeless who will join without being followed by a raid.

The game has no children and no baby-making, so you have to wait for people to show up. The timing of your first new arrival depends on the difficulty and starting scenario you selected, but it usually takes a few months. It sounds like you've never played a given save long enough for someone to show up.

Ah ok. The most I've had is a merchant so far. Will try and go for a longer game.

Just been struggling with the basics so once I've done a few buildings and played around a bit I find I buggered something up like forgetting to put a roof or floor on my stockpiles of food and wood not realising they decompose or rot.

I'm learning though every time I rebuild. Maybe in a few months I'll finally have a castle.

When a man loves a woman, he....umm...you might want to put that question into Google.

Let me try ;

So, when a man and a woman really like each other, they do.. things... in private, and then 9 months later the female sort of poops out the baby.

No babies, no children and I hope they never add them.

we have been playing for 1151 game days, there were 20 kolonistas , 3 kolonistas died (due to 65-70 age). It's been 2 years, the game doesn't work for new kolonistas.

Why? For a game about building a settlement children are the only way to actually grow it long term.
